DO NOT GET YOUR DIP REMOVED FROM THIS NAIL SALON.I had gotten dip done for the first time from another nail salon and my nails had grown out so it was time to have them removed. I had never done dip before so I had never gotten the dip removed. I live just up the street and had gotten an okay gel mani pedi here (very basic to begin with... didnt do my cuticles etc) So i went in for dip removal and a gel manicure. This lady took an acrylic nail and started sliding it under the dip then RIPPING IT OFF MY NAIL BED. It was painful and uncomfortable and I told the lady I had never done dip before and didnt know that is how they took it off. Since I am not a professional and this is supposed to be a verified business... I trusted her doing best practices and continued to wince while she ruined my nails. My nails were absolutely destroyed and traumatized from that process. Literally the tips of my nails were RIPPED... it was worse than a child who bites their nails! I was so concerned and she could see that but she continued to smile at me as if it was normal. I tipped her well even though I was uncomfortable because she really had me thinking that is how you do it and she gave me a decent gel manicure after. As soon as I left I googled and asked some friends about the dip removal process because i just couldnt believe people endured that constanly. In fact my friend persuaded me to do dip because it was better for your nail beds. WELL Just about everyone will tell you that this is absolutely NOT HOW TO REMOVE DIP. It is 100% advised against because of the trauma & destruction it causes the nails. It has been a week and some of my nail beds are still sensitive to touch. My nails are now very weak & thin(and I normally have very strong thick nails.) They will tell you they pride themselves on high standards but that was absolutely not up to standard. Im praying once my nails grow out again they will be thick/healthy and that this didnt cause permanent damage.*the only reason I didnt give 1 star is because I had gone here in the past and have had good service, but i will definitely not be back to this business after this horrific service... totally destructive.

I used to go to this Nail salon because of Anna. She is amazing! But the owner of this salon is rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. I would call and make appointments. She would never inform Anna about my appointment and will keep me waiting. The last time I was there, the owner again didnt inform Anna and kept me waiting for 20-25 mins. When I told her that my time is precious and you shouldnt do this to your customer. She instead of apologizing, she was yelling back at me and saying that it was the other customers fault. Never going back to this salon and dont think we need this kind of service or salon in our neighborhood. AVOID THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I am absolutely in love with this salon. I have been looking to take my hair from a simple brown to bright and colorful for a while. After hearing a rave review from another friend I decided to check out Eco Chic salon.I met with Teri to discuss my goals and my fears about doing something I had deemed drastic to my hair. She was so helpful and walked me through the entire process, how many appointments it would take, the product we would be using and care instructions. After that initial consult I booked right away. I have never had someone walk through a consult in such depth before!On the day of my appointment Teri explained exactly what we would be doing and did so with great detail. What I really loved about EcoChic was that rather than sitting in a regular hair salon station I was seated at a centralized comfortable table in the center of the room. I had shared with Teri that I wanted to get work done during the appointment so she set me up in at the table!I was offered beverages and constantly checked on by the studio owner and Teri. I have been to salons where they just put color in and leave you sitting under a hair dryer. That is NOT what this salon is about. They truly care about comfort and experience on top of creating amazing color and styles.As we removed the foil I was so nervous that my dark brown hair wouldnt lift to blond right away and my heart was set at ease when I saw the excited reactions from everyone in the salon.Not only did my brown hair lift incredibly well, I left the salon with a beautiful blond color as part of my stage 1 in the process of what we are working on. I attribute that to Teris professional;ism and knowledge on color processing.Our next step will be to take the hair platinum and then add some vivid color to create the unicorn hair look that I have been dreaming about for a while. I am so excited to update this review with the final look!Before i left that day we went over care instructions and products to use and avoid. Blond is new for me so I really appreciated this step in the process!If you are looking for a cute salon that understands color processing, styling and how to make you feel welcome... then you should book an appointment at EcoChic salon!

Absolutely awful and she charged me more than she originally said. Not only was she on her phone half the time she was doing my nails, but when she told me the price which was more than she said and I told her I would only pay what she originally said (no changes were made to my nails they are plain pink polish) her demeanor totally changed and she stopped smiling yanked my card from me and put the price back to the original and said “ok bye”. And the experience wasn't the only bad thing. The acrylics were done so poorly that they're not even completely on my nails they're sticking to my skin and are seeping into the side crevices of my nails and are causing me EXTREME uncomfort. I've gotten my nails done before and they always looked amazing for the same price but this time was just terrible. They look so sloppy and have rough edges on the sides not to mention the splotchy polish. I wish I could get my money back but I probably can't. Seriously I couldn't tell you to stay away any more.

I first went to Beauty Kliniek for the Mothers Day open house event they had. I met with an amazing Naturopathic doctor, Dr. Gena McClure, attended a couple seminar-type group discussions and received a facial and makeup application by John (GREAT guy!) I also met the owner, Linda Ann Kahn and she is an absolute delight. She is an aromatherapist (among many other things) and is very knowledgeable about so many aspects of optimal health. On that day I decided I wanted to begin receiving treatments there.I have since seen Dr. Gena and am on a detox cleanse that has left me so invigorated and feeling more energetic than I have in ages!I have also taken advantage of an amazing special they have in place until June 30 - for $45 you receive a colon hydrotherapy session (Celmira is OUTSTANDING!), an ionic foot bath and a eucalyptus steam bath or infrared sauna (I have had both and prefer the steam bath). Celmira is an amazing woman - she is very passionate about helping people achieve optimal health. She is definitely in the right line of work!The gals at the front desk are very professional, very helpful and always willing to assist with anything you need. They all have such pleasant personalities and positive attitudes. The ladies locker room is quite comfortable. A large shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are available for your use. There are all the beauty aids you could possibly need after showering as well.My children purchased a massage and infrared sauna at Beauty Kliniek for me for Mothers Day and I am very much looking forward to those treatments also!I feel so much better with my overall health and credit the amazing folks at Beauty Kliniek with this new, more energized ME! :) I HIGHLY recommend this spa!

I wish I had seen the reviews before visiting this place. All I wanted was to get my old acrylic nails professionally removed. My regular nail place had availability for later in the day so I googled for nail places closer to my home. I found Focus nails and when I called them up they were ready to take walk ins and said theyll charge $10 ( which is same as what my regular place charges) so I decided to give it a try.Once I walked in they took me in immediately. I noticed they have other services like threading, facial etc. Since this place is literally 5 min from my home.... I got super excited about the prospect of finding a new place so close. From here, everything went downhill. Kim worked on my nails, covered them with foil and left. I know I am supposed to wait and let my nails soak in. But when she did not return after waiting for a long time, I turned my back and found her servicing other person so I had to check in with her how much longer do I need wait. She came after 10 min, removed the acrylic nails, put the oil and asked me to wash my hands. I noticed I still had acrylic on 4 of my nails.When I complained I was told thats how it is (remember this is not my first time getting acrylics nails done or removed so I know how its supposed to look) when I insisted she got another lady to finish the job. After an hour of service I was left with 2 nails with acrylic still stuck on them, and very rough nails. They charged me $15 instead of $10 and when I asked for explanation I was told it was due to long nails. Nowhere in the process I was told about this additional charge. I was so tired that I paid and left.Not only the service was unsatisfactory I also found them dishonest. Its not the matter of additional $5 as I wouldve given that amount as a tip anyways. I think its dishonest when you are told one price and charged something different all together. Never going back again.

I love getting facials here from Eliza. Im addicted to the hydrafacial and the long-lasting smoothness it gives my skin, and also go for occasional chemical peel series with her, during which she does an excellent job making me feel comfortable and talking me through the process. She is professional, has a calming demeanor, and is extremely informed on skincare products, and will give you advice based on what youre already into and using, not necessarily trying to push certain product brands (although I did buy one product from the spa she recommended and I LOVE it), just sharing information on active ingredients, how to layer, etc. You can tell she is very genuine and remembers information on her clients so she can ask follow up questions next time, but shes great at reading people and will take the level of chit chat up or down depending on the clients vibe because I always feel comfortable, even in the middle of a chem peel :D

What a show!This past May 29th, we had our daughters Graduation Party at the high end South Coast Winery Resort and Spa in Temecula California. We contracted Liquid Blue to be the Headliner. Before booking them, I did a fairly extensive search to find the best band out there that could deliver a Knockout performance. I was surprised at how many great bands are out there to choose from. I quickly was able to narrow it down from 100 bands to 20 bands and then 7 bands and finally 3 bands. After reading the reviews and calling many people, I decided to go with Liquid Blue. I have to admit, I was still skeptical because the words that people used to describe them were: AMAZING, AWESOME, INCREDIBLE, MIND BLOWING, OVER THE TOP, BEST EVER, ALL TIME FAVORITE, and OFF THE CHART!!!I thought, there is no way that a band can be THAT good and leave such a trail of AWE STRUCK fans time and time again wherever they play. Boy was I in for a treat with the addition of my own choice of words to add to the list above. We had .........THE EVENT OF A LIFETIME. WOW.......WOW.....WOW.......is what I kept on hearing the minute they stepped on stage with their 11 piece band, including a horn section, and BLEW EVERYONE AWAY with their Earth Wind and Fire medley accompanied by a spectacular light show that brought ALL 400 guests to their feet. The huge LED lit dance floor was packed the entire night.There really arent words that can truly describe the EXPERIENCE we all had that night as we witnessed the ULTIMATE CONCERT!!!!! Every single person that attended, young and old, had a FANTASTIC time. It was a TWO HOUR NON STOP DANCE JUGGERNAUT. There was such a great variety of hit songs from different artists and genres. The thing that impressed me the most was how RIDICULOUSLY GOOD they were. Seriously, I had to watch them real close to see if they were lip syncing, they were THAT good. When they kicked into the song Jump by Van Halen, the place EXPLODED. I kid you not, everyone thought David Lee Roth was on stage.I really could go on and on with more words but if you are as picky as I am in finding the PERFECT band to make EVERYONE happy, you can listen to and hear some pretty UNBELIEVABLE reviews or you can go and SEE Liquid Blue with your own eyes. I think instead of being called Liquid Blue, they should go by the name LIQUID GOLD.Believe me, they were WELL WORTH the money I paid them!

Amazing experience! They asked me everything about my dog and even let my dog roam around to familiarize himself with the place. The dog groomer, Karla, was fantastic! A much much better experience compared to Paws and Bows. The owner there seems to care less about customer service or the dogs. I would 100% recommend Dusty Dogs! I was told my dog was too hard and they couldn't cut his nails. At Dusty Dog, Karla was able to do it without much difficulty. Thank you for the excellent work and I will be recommending all my friends with dogs to this establishment. Customer service is very crucial for a thriving business and Dusty Dog went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.
