Comment: Couldnt ask for better. From our first meeting I could tell that Tami really cares about her clients and is incredibly passionate about what she does. It made the process of finding homes fun. She knows everything there is to know about Real Estate. Which came in handy because we saw a house we loved but could never afford. She noticed it was a VA loan and said we could assume the sellers loan. The sellers agent didnt know this was a possibility. She knew it was and our offer was accepted. Assumptions take a very long time but Tami was there for all of it. She is an incredible agent and women. I can not thank her enough. I admire her tenacity, knowledge, hard work, experience, passion and drive. If you want the best, Tami is it.

She provided me with a comprehensive package outlining her process and with a detailed market review for my property. Tami has an extensive network of high quality yet cost effective craftspeople, specialists and handymen. Tami organized and guided all the work required to get my property ready to sell within 3 weeks of it being vacated. We had a buyer quickly and Tami negotiated carefully and fairly through issues that came up during the inspections. Comment: The Best I Could Hope For With a Difficult Transaction. I have worked with Tami Fuller and Blake Ames on over 10 real estate transactions in San Diego area over the past 15 years. They always do a great job and dont shy away from difficult transactions. This particular sale was with a tenant occupied condo. They were able to work out a schedule with the current tenants, negotiate an early lease termination fee which was acceptable to everyone, and get us what we needed price-wise. I am 100% satisfied with the transaction. It doesnt get any better than that. I currently have another property in escrow with them. They came out of nowhere with a qualified buyer and hopefully this transaction goes as smoothly as the rest. Dont hesitate to use Tami and Blake for any real estate transaction.
