Comment: I reserved an appointment an hour ago and called to ask if I could bring my kids. They said no and now they will be charging me for the appointment anyways. Such terrible customer service. And this came from the director of the spa. Very disappointing.

Comment: This is the best Medspa! The customer service is wonderful and all the ladies at the front desk are super sweet. If you are looking for a Medspa, this is the ONLY place to go. With all the helpful advice my sister has gone from 181lbs to 155lbs and counting in just over 1.5 months. Plus we are both glowing.

The staff was friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took COVID precautions seriously. I can’t wait to go back.

Comment: I booked a 3 hour session and I live 31 miles away. I had only been there once. When I did live in the area. Nobody told me that parking is only permitted for 2 hours. I asked if I can break up my package in 2 for next time. They said no, and weren’t accommodating to the parking situation. So I had to say goodbye. It was so disappointing, I was bragging to everyone about this place and about the package. What a waste of time. Very disappointing.

Comment: I received lip fillers and a lip flip from Sente Bella and I could not be happier! Both ladies at the front desk (Ally is one) are incredibly sweet and informative. They are so organized and thorough. Justin filled my lips and he was extremely precise and treated my face like it was a piece of art. I will never go anywhere else! This place has my full trust!

Comment: I love getting facials here from Eliza. Im addicted to the hydrafacial and the long-lasting smoothness it gives my skin, and also go for occasional chemical peel series with her, during which she does an excellent job making me feel comfortable and talking me through the process. She is professional, has a calming demeanor, and is extremely informed on skincare products, and will give you advice based on what youre already into and using, not necessarily trying to push certain product brands (although I did buy one product from the spa she recommended and I LOVE it), just sharing information on active ingredients, how to layer, etc. You can tell she is very genuine and remembers information on her clients so she can ask follow up questions next time, but shes great at reading people and will take the level of chit chat up or down depending on the clients vibe because I always feel comfortable, even in the middle of a chem peel :D

I recently became a member since my experiences with facials and massages have been so good! Highly recommended!

She really takes the time to understand your needs and truly cares. I highly recommend Sente Bella, especially if youre looking for a monthly subscription.

Comment: Read solid reviews about Sente Bella so since I was in town for my wedding, I found a great deal on Groupon and came here for a prestige pedicure and manicure. The front desk ladies were very polite and accommodating as soon as I came in and the place was small but very cute and relaxing. I went to my nail technician Nancy who was very attentive to what I wanted and promptly asked me if I wanted any water or champagne. She was easy to talk to and work with, which helped because I was unfortunately a little late to my appointment and we had to adjust what services I could get in my time frame. But she didnt rush me at all, and my nails looked just like I wanted them to look! After my appointment, they let me remain in the lobby until my ride got back to downtown San Diego. Great experience all around! Thanks!
