Comment: Im so angry and disappointed with my experience here last week. I didnt write a review right away because I was too upset, and I was hoping the pain on my nails would naturally go away. Its been 7 days today, and I can not sleep without pain medication. Scratching my own skin hurts my fingers, and getting anything done is a huge task. I came here to remove powder tips and for a pedicure. They were extremely busy but took me anyway, 4 people came by to get it remove, they sat my hands on very strong liquid acetone for way too long so my real nails got melted and all the skin around my nails peeled off, to say my nails are paper thin now is a complete understatement. The gel on my pedicure also peeled off day 3. Very low quality service and products. Ill never come back. Please be aware of their unprofessional practices.

Comment: Have been going to this nail shop for over 15 yrs. Always happy with my Mani & Pedi. Everyone is exceptionally happy, polite and one big family. Even when the shop is busy, its always hi. And when people leave the courtesy is extend to say bye. This is the only nail shop I go to. Love it!

Spent a lot of money here its a shame i wont be going back ! Thankyou Lani You were a good nail tech ! Comment: The technician that did my pedicure didn’t even look at me in the eyes until I started conversation with her. Customer service is not a thing here. The same pedicurist charged me for the service and while looking at me in the eyes pressed on the screen “custom tip” for me while charging me (it has the “no tip” and “custom tip” options) I usually tip in cash at least 15%. I should have tipped on screen $0 but I did $5 and didn’t tip cash. I would have tipped more if she didn’t get all up on my business while checking out. My nails and feet turned out ok with the exception that I still have cuticles hanging around my fingers that I had to remove myself.

Comment: Kim is a miracle worker! I had been going to another nail salon and wasnt satisfied with their work. I felt as though they were doing a half-fast job. So I came here to see if they could fix my nails to prevent anymore damage.Kim took her time removing what the other salon had done. Carefully making sure not to strip too much of my nail bed away before she applied the dip. Then she made sure the shape that everything looked correct in the shape and she made them look shiny! Thank you, Kim for making me proud to show off my pretty nails. 🥰

Comment: Hannah did my nails and she did absolutely amazing job. My nails were in square shape and she did great job reshaping them to the almond shape. She also did the design on my nails and she took her sweet time and made sure it was what I wanted.

Comment: I routinely go in for French, gel nails. It takes about 45 minutes and is very relaxing and pleasant. Everyone is very friendly. My nails usually hold up for three full weeks (or longer).

Not only was she on her phone half the time she was doing my nails, but when she told me the price which was more than she said and I told her I would only pay what she originally said (no changes were made to my nails they are plain pink polish) her demeanor totally changed and she stopped smiling yanked my card from me and put the price back to the original and said “ok bye”. And the experience wasn’t the only bad thing. The acrylics were done so poorly that they’re not even completely on my nails they’re sticking to my skin and are seeping into the side crevices of my nails and are causing me EXTREME uncomfort. I’ve gotten my nails done before and they always looked amazing for the same price but this time was just terrible. They look so sloppy and have rough edges on the sides not to mention the splotchy polish. I wish I could get my money back but I probably can’t. Seriously I couldn’t tell you to stay away any more.

The person who was doing pedicure, did a very bad job. My nail paint came out very next day. Don’t go to this salon at all. Very bad. If I could give negative review, I will.

Comment: The nails were ok but I paid 55 for the simple job they did, anywhere else charges around 30 for this. Then they put glitter on my toes without asking and I hate big chunky glitter. Then the piece de resistance, I tokd the tech to just clean up my eyebrows and she completely waxed off the tail off my eyebrows which took me forever to shape properly, the technician just said you can draw on tail with pencil. I dont wear makeup. Never going back.

Comment: The manicure was so so nothing special. I did have to ask her to clean my cuticles which I thought was odd. The regular paint lasted a whole...day before it started to chip! I called and ask if she could fix it since I still had my receipt but they said no, sorry I should have got gel. I know the gel craze is the rage but I like regular polish and finding a place with non thinned out regular nail polish with a decent top coat is hard. I didnt have any other service so I would be of no help with acrylics.

He cut my toe nails to short and then tried to place a sharp nail tool under it..gggrrrr painful...only one star because I could not leave the spot empty...worse place ever.. #dissatisfied #zero

I buffed my nails weekly and they were growing back stronger.I came to Moon Nails & Spa for my first natural manicure in several months and the manicurist used a coarse file on the top surface of my nail. I was given an excuse of why it was necessary. The surface of my nail is now all scratched up and rigid. I won’t go back here again.
