Comment: I called Thursday morning and booked a manicure and pedicure for Saturday morning to be done by the owner herself, Lily, to which it was agreed on the phone that both services would be completed by her. I get there this morning and she says she does not have time for my pedicure and even though I was upset I agreed to let another lady do my pedicure. Once my pedicure was almost finished Lily came up and said she would need another 40-90 minutes before she can do my manicure. The unprofessionalism was absolutely absurd. I will no longer come back here and advise others to stay away. Lily doesn’t know how to run a business.

Comment: I had a bad experience here. There was an Unprofessional technician, cut a couple times, came out with bubbles in my pedicure polish, and huge misshapen acrylics that have to be replaced at another salon. Too many personal details shared by one staff member that made me uncomfortable too.

Comment: I used to go to this Nail salon because of Anna. She is amazing! But the owner of this salon is rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. I would call and make appointments. She would never inform Anna about my appointment and will keep me waiting. The last time I was there, the owner again didnt inform Anna and kept me waiting for 20-25 mins. When I told her that my time is precious and you shouldnt do this to your customer. She instead of apologizing, she was yelling back at me and saying that it was the other customers fault. Never going back to this salon and dont think we need this kind of service or salon in our neighborhood. AVOID THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Comment: This isnt my usual nail place. My usual place is 30 mins away. I live nearby and come here when Im short on time. Ive been here twice and seen 2 different ladies for my nails. Im super picky and they both did awesome jobs! Ill be back!

Comment: I’ve been to many nail salons local to San Diego and never have I seen this type of work. I would honestly give a negative rating if I could. Cut multiple times, went over the actual nail, looks nothing like what was shown. The photo speaks for itself, will never be back nor recommend.

Comment: First time doing my nails in here, definitely come here. Reasonable pricing and EXCEPTIONAL service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt comfortable. I recommend Ms. Linda. She was attentive, polite, and just such a delight. Plus she helped me pick a pretty color lol ❤

Comment: The staff is very warm and welcoming when I came in but the lady who did my nails was very aggressive and careless. She was pulling my hands without my consent. Her workspace was crammed and messy. I had to tell her multiple times to fix my nails because they were crooked. After asking her so many times she still just wasn’t getting what I asked. The price for a full set is fair at $40 but for a fill they still charge ya $37 which is terrible. I definitely will be getting my nails filled elsewhere.

Comment: Ive tried plenty of salons in this area, this is beyond the best. Every time I get acrylics, my nails lift on the sides within a week. Not here! Ive had 4 nail techs and each one did a fantastic job. They are helpful with choosing colors, length, and shape. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated and everyone is kind. No lifting, nails are VERY STRONG, and last weeks! I love it here, referring everyone!!!

Comment: The polish they used for a mani/pedi seemed old because it kept getting smudged while I was at salon. The technician removed and applied twice before leaving it as is. The people were nice but their product seemed to be dollar store quality. Unfair after price I paid.

Comment: First off - Their polish doesn’t last. The girls there seem to have an issue with drama. I asked for a mask and the girl asks me why, I said for fumes and she kind of rolled her eyes at me. Also, I paid $30 for gel but I didn’t see a price list visible when I asked they said they don’t have one for gel. That seems strange to me. I don’t like the vibe here! Not coming back.

Comment: The team at Best Nail are nice; however, their gel polish does NOT last. I have unfortunately had to go in as little as two days later to have them fix chips in my nails. I am not sure what they are doing to the gel polish they have as many other salons carry the same pallets and another one I have gone to does not chip. On the plus side they are relatively inexpensive but it;s not worth the gel chipping so often.
