Horrible customer service! Very rude and disrespectful behavior! The lady doing my nails, completely ignored my presence, was constantly on her phone talking to someone on the speaker, while texting and browsing the web. This went on for the ENTIRE time she was “working” on my nails. She barely said a word to me! I have never seen such customer service anywhere!! Immediately after finishing my nails, she rushed me to pay!! She didn't even trim cuticles or apply any lotion or oils on my hands. I am enraged with her rude behavior and very unhappy with their customer service.I have been to this place for 15 years, since it's very close to my home. The other thing that has always bothered me, is that the employees always talk loudly to each other in their native language and laugh. Many times they have done this after I ask them something. It always gives me the impression that they talk about the customers and make fun of them. With the horrible experience that I had today, I have made the decision to never go back to this place!

Well I usually go to my normal spot in Irvine. But we have moved and so I wanted to find a really good place closer to me so I thought after doing plenty of research that since this is almost 5 stars, it would be the spot. It wasnt the place for me.The gentlemen doing my nails did not have his station set up with lights, the padding that goes under the arm, there was no welcome. He really seemed like he did not want to be doing my nails. I picked up on this quick. The entire time he was texting. I understand once or twice but this was constant and made my appointment drag out. He did not clean my cuticles which is one of the main things I wanted done! I went in for a full set and they specialize in powder so I chose my color. They seemed to not have very many colors also. Then he wasted to much product it was like he had never done nails before. He kept adding layers and trying to blend it it was just awful. Regardless of all of this I was trying to give it a chance. I was hoping it would come together and it didnt. Because he didnt clean up my cuticles the powder set was way down on my nail and looks like its grown out already. Its very scratchy, bumpy looking. The whole set cost 80$ with tip. It wasnt a great experience I will find another place. Ill probably end up fixing it myself. I usually do my own nails but I wanted someone else to do it. Guess Ill stick with doing my own nails.....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I couldnt be happier with the fantastic dog grooming service provided by Joy and Well Groomed Pets! From the moment we walked in, it was clear they genuinely cared about the well-being and comfort of our golden retriever, Teddy.Im amazed at how wonderful Teddy looks and feels after his bath and trim. His coat is incredibly soft, shiny and smells amazing – its clear they used top-quality products. The groomer, Joy, was meticulous and attentive to every detail ensuring his fur was evenly trimmed. What stood out to me was their patience and kindness towards my dog. He can be a bit excited around new people, but Joy took the time to make him feel comfortable. Its evident that they have a genuine love for animals, and that made the entire experience so much more pleasant for both Teddy and me.The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed with pets in mind. Theyve created a calming atmosphere that put my dog at ease – a massive plus in my book!I sincerely thank the team at Well Groomed Pets for their exceptional care and professional grooming services. Ill be returning and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch grooming for their furry companions.Thank you again for making my golden retriever look and feel his best!

Smile Moderne
25500 Rancho Niguel Rd # 200, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, United States
Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. I have a small mouth and I cannot open very wide at all.. which usually isn't a problem.. (I eat my sushi in two bites) but it is a problem at the dentist.. the last dentist I went to was well over ten years ago. I'm really embarrassed to say how long I went without going to the dentist. The last dentist was kind of rough with me she was annoyed that I couldn't open wide. I really wasn't trying to be difficult and if I could open wider I would. So I never went back .. it gives me anxiety, the thought of having to force my mouth to stay open .. then I get self conscious about it and start crying.. here I am a grown women with anxiety about the dentist. Also until recently I had very crooked teeth. As a kid I didn't want braces. And my parents listened to me. (Yes I know I was a brat) as I got older the crowding got worse. I was always self conscious about my crooked smile. I finally made the decision to do something about it. I made an appointment for a consultation with an orthodontist and they said they could straighten my teeth with Invisalign. I was thrilled… but then came the questions.. which is what I was dreading .. they asked when the last time I had gone to the dentist was and that i would need to get any dental work done first. I began to cry because I was ashamed to share with them that I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time and that it gives me anxiety. The orthodontist suggested that I go see Dr. Chris/smile moderne. It's also important to note that I was driving from Whittier to Irvine to be seen by the orthodontist. I would be driving further out to Laguna Nigel but smile moderne was spoken so highly of I agreed to make an appointment. From the moment you walk into their office Serena and Dr. Chris have a kindness and warmth that is so nice and genuine. Dr. Chris has you fill out a form where you can list any issues you have.. like if you don't like drilling sounds.. seeing needles etc. and let me tell you he is very accommodating. Dr. Chris works and speaks in such a gentle way. I never felt judged for neglecting my teeth for so long. Instead I felt happy that Dr. Chris was going to help me achieve a healthy smile. Smile moderne was very up front with the dental work I needed done as well as coverage/pricing. Going to the dentist is still not my favorite but I'm happy to say that I've been going every six months for cleanings. I will definitely continue to do the 45 mile drive to be seen at smile moderne. It is so worth it. If you're afraid of the dentist .. have a child who's afraid .. even if you're not afraid of the dentist smile moderne is awesome!

Bow Wow Care 101
27622 Camino Capistrano suite a, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, United States
We boarded our dog here for a week while we were at a beach hotel that didnt allow dogs. I didnt realize from the website that there was no outdoor space for the dogs. During doggie daycare, the small dogs were all in one room up front. No toys, nothing interesting except for the other dogs, and no designated restroom spot, so they would just mop the floor if a dog went in the center of the room. My dog seemed happy when I picked him up (and when I dropped off more food mid week) but two days after we picked him up he developed a terrible cough that persisted for a week.

Zen Nail Lounge
23872 Aliso Creek Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, United States
We moved to Mission Viejo last year from the Torrance/Redondo Beach/South Bay area. Did my own nails for well over a year during Covid (and not the best job I might add?) but started going back to my former salon right before we moved. I drive to the South Bay often and would try to coordinate nail appts when I was in town (its a 52 mile drive one way). My manicurist cut the amount of days she was working which made it harder for me to book appts that were convenient for my schedule. Decided it was time for me to find a local nail salon. Looked at many reviews and liked what I read about Zen so booked an appt. Staff is very friendly and the salon is beautiful. They use only high end products and the salon is immaculate! Trina did my dip powder full set and pedicure. Shes terrific! Very nice person and excellent manicurist! They let me bring my own dip powder products which I greatly appreciate. Invested a lot of money in them during Covid so want to use what I have. They still charge the same price for services (so did my former salon) because youre really paying for the labor which I understand. Pedicure was the best Ive had in a very long time. Love that theyre located in the Laguna Niguel shopping center with Whole Foods. I get pampered then go shopping! Highly recommend Zen Nail Lounge if you want quality service and an overall great experience!

The nice thing about this shopping center is that its not crowded and theres plenty of parking as opposed to say Ralphs where Im trying to back out and someone backs out into my tail because they werent looking behind them and I was busy looking at the lady trying to shovel her kid into the car next to me and make sure that my rear view mirror didnt touch her, so now that Ralph doesnt have Redbox anymore Ive been going up here to the Albertsons which still does have two red boxes

Marina Hills Animal Hospital
30251 Golden Lantern Ste A, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, United States
My dog was 14 years old and was suffering from partial paralysis of his hind legs. His situation was incurable and we knew it would certainly lead to his passing very soon. He could only drag his rear paws which were always somewhat bloody. Sadly we knew his time was coming to an end very soon as he simply could not go on like it was. He had no quality of life. My wife took him to Marina Hills Animal Hospital, which had been his veterinary provider, to see if any type of medication could help him with the hope that maybe he could live another few weeks. In the past, whenever I took him there they ALWAYS tried to get me to have extra services performed which were always unnecessary and I declined. However, they convinced my wife to have blood workup done on our poor dying dog that was over $500. My wife, desperate and not thinking rationally due to her love for our dog, agreed to the test. 3 days later our beloved dogs situation deteriorated such that we had to euthanize him.I am left angry and bitter that Marina Hills Animal Hospital would prey on my wife vulnerability and recommend an expensive blood test that could not possibly help. The irony is the day before we put him down the vet called very happy to say that his blood work came back good and he was fine...except for some minor issue with a liver enzyme that might require attention. I reminded her that he was dying from his current condition so she stopped pressing that we have his liver checked. To the end they wanted me to spend more money on an obviously hopeless situation. I regret I every trusted Marina Hills Animal Hospital. They have no integrity and clearly take advantage of loving pet owners by recommending unnecessary, expensive treatments, even to dying old dogs.

I am not sure if the one star is accurate for their services. If there was anything below 1 star, it should be given to this business. They are simply there for your money, no customer service, and no care for your pets. Save your money, time, and, more importantly, your pet from this place. The owner/staff (the gentleman with gray hair) is rude and as if he hates being there. After spending $115 + 20% tip, I got my dog nearly six hours later with unfinished cut (the worse he has ever had) and smelly. He was kept in the shop all this time, so he was drinking water for 10 minutes when we got home. We sent an email to let them know about our experience. We received a call as if we are a burden to the business (sounded like the same gentleman mentioned earlier) - bring him back see what we can do! - with that attitude we will take my business else where. Feedback to the owner:1- Improve your customer service (proper and professional cut) and attitude, dont be rude. If you are doing this for money, you are in the wrong business. Pet owners love their pets.2- Dont keep pets for 5 hours in a small place when you tell the owner to come back in a couple of hours3- Please make sure to give water to the pets when they are there for 5 hours or moreUpdate (12/17/2021)We appreciate the call back to bring our dog back; however, we decided not to put our dog through another stressful experience (held for 5 hours without water). Unfortunately, your statements and facts are different from mine, so lets leave it. Our feedback was to be constructive; however, it is sad not to mention (in all communication) any reasons why our dog was held for 5 hours without proper care and water. While your services didnt work for us we sincerely hope your customers will experience better service.

Windridge Apartments
24922 Hidden Hills Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677, United States
RENTER BEWARE! turnover here is horrible, people are moving in and out all the time. Sheriffs are here multiple times every month almost every weekend 2-3 sheriffs units will be at Windridge. Management basically bills you for renovation of the apartments when you move out. Armando says you will be billed for cleaning the apartment out of your deposit then waits until after all the renovations are done then they use your money to pay for the new tenants move in cleaning. Safety/Security lights are out for weeks/months, visit the complex at night, then ask yourself do you feel safe having your wife or daughter out by themselves ? The east side of the complex is worse then the west side. The Manager of the property recently moved his family to the west side from the east side, his neighbors dryer went out a couple of months after he moved and I persoanlly watched the maintence men bring the brand new dryer to his apt, then take his used dryer to his neighbor who had the broken dryer. If your disabled the west side only has 2 handicap spots for 12 buildings (about 140 apts) 2 Handicap spots. The east side has 7 for the same amount of buildings and the Managements response is we have the right number of handicap spots so were not going to add any to the west side.Count on a rent increse of 8-10% annually. They send you a new lease and the new rate is more then 80% of the empty units available but if you want to switch to one of the vacant units that are $100-$150 less then what they want you to renew your lease for they require another deposit and a $250 SERVICE FEE. Forget to put your parking pass up one night and your car will get towed, no warnings and its around $250 to get your car back, even if you go out before the tow truck drives away they charge you about $200 for hooking up your car and the tow company lot is in Laguna Beach off the 133 to get it ( NOT CONVIENET). Our AC unit leaked into the walls and floors whcih caused damage to the wood floors just after renewing our lease and they brought a comercial blower in and said it needs to run a couple days (VERY LOUD) and ended up being 4 days, management was aware of it, later the floors started expanding, I let them know and said you can wait to repair them until after I move, just dont charge me for them and I was told not to worry, I even spoke to the regional manager about it. After I move out I get my final statement of deposit and they are charging me over $1000 for replacing the damaged wood floors saying it was done by my trained service animal not the leaking ac unit. I am disabled and home with my dogs 95% of the time, they let me know if they neeed to go out. Ask any of my neighbors, I walked my dogs 4 times a day, Morning afternoon evening and right before bed.YOUVE BEEN INFORMED THESE ARE ONLY A COUPLE OF THE EXAMPLES/ISSUES THAT I DEALT WITH, THERE ARE MORE ~~ I AM SHARING MY OPINIONS AND OBSERVATIONS OVER THE 2 YEARS I WAS AT WINDRIDGE. I WAS IN MANAGEMENT FOR OVER 30 YEARS PRIOR TO GETTING INJURED AND IF A MANAGER OR EMPLOYEE THAT WORKED FOR ME TREATED OUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT WINDRIDGE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED THE 1ST 90 DAYS I WAS IN CHARGE.
