Comment: So so so SO rude. they charged me 150$ for acrylics and gel toes. I’ve NEVER been charged this much for these services. I tried to ask them why it was so much and he just dismissed me and didn’t explain the prices. I had my card out and the guy literally TOOK my card OUT OF MY HAND and put it in the card reader machine. I still gave 5 dollar tip but i regret it. I only asked for the minimum service of each thing nothing extra. Pls don’t go here it’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting mediocre service.

Comment: Horrible customer service! Very rude and disrespectful behavior! The lady doing my nails, completely ignored my presence, was constantly on her phone talking to someone on the speaker, while texting and browsing the web. This went on for the ENTIRE time she was “working” on my nails. She barely said a word to me! I have never seen such customer service anywhere!! Immediately after finishing my nails, she rushed me to pay!! She didn’t even trim cuticles or apply any lotion or oils on my hands. I am enraged with her rude behavior and very unhappy with their customer service.I have been to this place for 15 years, since it’s very close to my home. The other thing that has always bothered me, is that the employees always talk loudly to each other in their native language and laugh. Many times they have done this after I ask them something. It always gives me the impression that they talk about the customers and make fun of them.With the horrible experience that I had today, I have made the decision to never go back to this place!

Comment: I moved to Laguna Niguel over the summer of 2020 and started going to this nail salon for my monthly pedicures because it’s so close to my new home here.I feel very lucky because I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this salon every time I’ve been there. The operators who work there are all polite and very thorough at their jobs (the foot & calf massage is my favorite part of the experience and they all do it so good!!) I’ve never left there feeling unsatisfied by my pedicure. The place is spotlessly clean and they usually can accommodate me within minutes even when I don’t have an appointment.The owners are always very welcoming, pleasant and do their very best to accommodate everyone even when they are extremely busy. I highly recommend this salon to everyone in the area.

Comment: This place is quantity OVER quality. Or they favored their regulars, so they rushed me. My gel french manicure was extremely rushed. There were bubbles, my cuticles were unevenly cut, and it felt unsanitary compared to the other nail salons I’ve been to in Orange county. My foot bin wasn’t washed down and I saw stuff floating in it and they didn’t add anything to the water. There are better places to go to than this one.

Comment: Just had a please me pedi which was great. Linda did a fabulous job and was very nice and friendly. Ive given only 3 stars because I also had a neck massage that was horrible. Didnt catch her name, but she rubbed the same spot for 6.5 minutes and then the other side.... same thing. Nothing nice or relaxing about it. That part was a total waste of money. Very disappointing. But Linda was great.

Comment: They declined to service her because she has Lupus. Currently, there is no cure for Lupus. Lupus is not contagious but it is hereditary. Lupus is a systemic autoimmune disease that causes your own bodys immune system to attacks your own tissues and organs. Your immune system is constantly attacking your vital function organ and tissue. Do you understand what that mean !!!! If she has an infection from a small cut, her immune system is not responsive to an infection. The infection can spread all over her body, and that doesnt look good. The nail technician is trying to follow health protocol. Stop antagonize this people.

But I would like to comment regarding the lady they denied service to..... they are trained that if a persons skin is open they are to proctect them selves and others from possible contamination. How do the workers know the lady was telling the truth? They are just being precautionary. I know some one with lupus and unfortunately blister like wounds can appear.Im sympathetic to this womens feelings but the workers were just doing as they were trained.Just think about it.... if you had no idea what was on this lady skin... would you service her? Maybe with gloves and extra towels but youll still be cautious about seeping wound like blisters on the person you are serving.
