Comment: I had Andy as a go to, he’s good, I’ll give that. He was on vacation, and asked for the best, and it was the “mgr.” yes they looked good but in one day folding clothes two flew off.If I could remember her name. If you go in it’s there is the front. No refund etc m. Spent over 100 without tip. My pedicure nail polish dussapeared.

Comment: Most disgusting place. First time I went to this place I got nail fungus. I’ve been going to multiple doctors and still can’t get rid of the fungus after months. They don’t sanitize their equipments between customers and don’t follow the board’s guidelines. I’ve reported them to the board so hopefully they will stop them from spreading diseases between people. they are very unethical and unprofessional. Please don’t go there…

Comment: This nail salon is absolutely amazing!! Lana has been doing my nails and I swear never ceases to Amaze Me!!every single time !!! She is professional and SO talented !! Look at my chrome Tiffany blue nails!! Love love love! And also NO one I have gone to has done acrylics for me that last over 3 weeks!! Amazing, and Worth every penny. Thank you Club Nails, I will be a life long client for sure!!! People also I heard there come from San Clemente and even Santa Ana just to see Lana… thanks againAmanda

Comment: If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! They give you a back and shoulder massage along with your service. They offer facials and waxing. I could’ve spent all my money here lol. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you making this your go to shop. 100/10!!!

Comment: I went to this nail salon with an appointment and someone started on my nails. After 10 minutes they stood up, and went to another person as soon as they walked in. Then someone else started my nails I believe she was one of the managers. I asked for acrylics and usually when they do my nails they cut and file them beforehand but she just started gluing on the fake nails. She was rushing the whole time and went away for 10 minutes at a time to go to the back and left me waiting. On top of that she cut my cuticle because of how fast she was going. Finally I also got a pedicure and they made my toe nail so crooked. I asked 3 times to file it more and straighten my big toe but they didn’t and then tried to charge me extra for a crooked toe nail. Everyone is just super passive aggressive as well.

Comment: Very much enjoy going here. I dont get to go in often but I enjoy my experience every time. The staff is very nice and do a great job, including being very kind when I do my best not to squirm during a pedicure because my feet are ticklish. Highly recommend!

Comment: Well I usually go to my normal spot in Irvine. But we have moved and so I wanted to find a really good place closer to me so I thought after doing plenty of research that since this is almost 5 stars, it would be the spot. It wasnt the place for me.The gentlemen doing my nails did not have his station set up with lights, the padding that goes under the arm, there was no welcome. He really seemed like he did not want to be doing my nails. I picked up on this quick. The entire time he was texting. I understand once or twice but this was constant and made my appointment drag out. He did not clean my cuticles which is one of the main things I wanted done! I went in for a full set and they specialize in powder so I chose my color. They seemed to not have very many colors also. Then he wasted to much product it was like he had never done nails before. He kept adding layers and trying to blend it it was just awful. Regardless of all of this I was trying to give it a chance. I was hoping it would come together and it didnt. Because he didnt clean up my cuticles the powder set was way down on my nail and looks like its grown out already. Its very scratchy, bumpy looking. The whole set cost 80$ with tip. It wasnt a great experience I will find another place. Ill probably end up fixing it myself. I usually do my own nails but I wanted someone else to do it. Guess Ill stick with doing my own nails.....

Comment: The service was very bad. I got dip with ombré, the person was in hurry and she moved me from one place to another to accommodate some one else. She kept helping other 4-5 customers. We go to such services to feel pampered with good attention. And I felt not welcomed! The nail placement and finishing is bad!!!For all the time and money not worth the treatment!!! I will not go there again!

Comment: It was my first time going to Clun nails and I was nervous because not many people do a good job anymore but Lana was very kind & did a French powder on my nails. She did a really good job at the shape and theyve held up perfectly over the past few weeks. I highly recommend Lana. She was running around, very busy and seems like a hard worker. It was her sons birthday but she still took her time to do my nails. Thank you Lana!

Comment: I have never written reviews before but I felt the need to do so after my experience. I came in to get gel polish removed and a mani pedi. It was a very rushed and uncomfortable experience where the lady was consistently getting up and leaving. It was very sloppy and rushed, I noticed one of my nails was streaky and that there were bubbles on the nails, I had asked her if she can add a new layer of polish or if she can fix it. She argues with me that it’s fine and it’ll be too think and that she did a good job and that it’ll look better when she puts a clear coat on. It did not look better. I mentioned 5 times how I just wanted another layer of polish or at least to have it fixed so it doesn’t have texture. Her and her colleagues literally laughed at me and told me that my nails were fine. Like cmon. I was able to convince her to add a layer on ONE NAIL, because it was smudged and she said “ see I told you, don’t ruin it”. So unnecessarily rude, I wasn’t asking for anything crazy and felt uncomfortable to ask for decent service. All of my nails have a weird bubbly texture. So frustrating I just wanted a simple manicure!

Comment: I love coming to Club Nails to get my rekt feet pedicured, and polished, and pariffaned.I feel bad for Diane who files, scrubs, and sponges my feet to get them back to normal. She does a great job and it doesnt hurt at all.I cant myself, but I have Nina rub my shoulders during the pedicure and it makes for a great self-care escape!This place is great! Come by

Comment: I really hate it here. They are rude and make you awkwardly wait and seem irritated when you make normal requests on how you want your nails done even though that should be helpful! I paid $45 for basic pedicure and the polish was on my cuticles and smudged…so the experience and the outcome were both a waste of time and money and yeah. There are better places out there!

Comment: I will never go back here. When doing acrylics they rubbed the skin around my nails raw, and I even bled In some places. They cant do designs, the first 2 designs they couldnt do so I resorted to something simple. It still doesnt look great. They messed up my friends design as well. I havent had my acrylics for a full week and I already broke a nail, not doing anything hard or strenuous. While getting my nails done there was an argument between staff and a customer because they couldnt do her designs as well. After all this I asked for a refund or at least partial and they said they could fix it but if my fingers hurts and they couldnt do any design then why go back?
