Comment: Took my min-pin/pom baby girls there. Frenchie’s nails were so long because I had not found a groomer since moving to the area. They did her nails so fast and with such ease, I was impressed. They groomed Sofie exactly as requested. We will definitely be returning.

Joy, the groomer and owner, truly goes above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, her passion for what she does was evident. Its easy to trust her with my precious pup.Joys attention to detail is exceptional. She took the time to ensure every aspect of Ozzys grooming was perfect. His coat was immaculate, and he looked and smelled fantastic when we left.I cant recommend Well Groomed Pets and Joy highly enough. Ill be spreading the word to my friends, family, and even fellow dog park enthusiasts. If you want top-notch grooming and a groomer who genuinely cares, this is the place to go!

Comment: I was looking for a groomer as I lost my long time groomer who moved out of state. I was going by a shopping strip by my house and noticed the sign for Well Groomed Pets. I went in and spoke to Joy who was the owner/groomer of the place. I spoke about my 15 months old American Eskimo, Leo, and what I was looking for. She was very friendly and gave me all the info I was looking for. Well, Leo had his grooming today and I cant tell you how pleased I was with the job she did. I highly recommend Joy and the Well Groomed Pets at the Laguna Niguel location. Thank you Joy for a great job

From the moment we walked in, it was clear they genuinely cared about the well-being and comfort of our golden retriever, Teddy.Im amazed at how wonderful Teddy looks and feels after his bath and trim. His coat is incredibly soft, shiny and smells amazing – its clear they used top-quality products. The groomer, Joy, was meticulous and attentive to every detail ensuring his fur was evenly trimmed.What stood out to me was their patience and kindness towards my dog. He can be a bit excited around new people, but Joy took the time to make him feel comfortable. Its evident that they have a genuine love for animals, and that made the entire experience so much more pleasant for both Teddy and me.The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed with pets in mind.
