PamperMe Nails & Spa
766 New Los Angeles Ave #5, Moorpark, CA 93021, United States
I have been coming to Pamper Me Nails for many years. Now the nail salon has a new owner. I was sad to see Mimi go but she assured me the new owners were wonderful and to give them a try. Im so glad I did. This is my 3rd time coming and Im thrilled. They are kind and very welcoming. Theyre open 7 days a week. Ive had my nails done by 3 different people and each one did an excellent job. Theyre very professional. Offering a bottle of water is a nice gesture. Ive never felt rushed. The bio gel is great. They introduced me to that and explained the benefits. I highly recommend this nail salon. The receptionist is so sweet and its easy to make ann appointment on the phone or on line. And they completely redecorated the interior. They did a nice job! Very clean. I will keep coming!
Bel Air Nail Lounge

Awful and unprofessional experience. I had an appointment with a specific person for gel x and when I arrive at my appointment it is with a different person, who doesn't speak English and no one else there, she does not do gel x, she can't communicate with me so she “fills” my gel x. The point being I booked an appointment for gel x not a hard gel fill. Finally the tech I booked the appointment with shows up, and says they will only charge me for a “gel manicure” for $60. It took over 2hrs to do nails, that look awful, isn't what I wanted, and needs to be redone. Because they “ felt bad” they charged me today for a gel manicure today for $60 and said I can come back and they will only charge me again for a gel manicure to redo them so that's $120 when a gel x set is $85. On top of it all they are a horrible shape, uneven, not smooth, and not what I wanted. Knowing they didn't honor the appointment, knowing the nails look awful, knowing it wasn't what I wanted, and the wasted time, and the cavalier attitude was extremely disappointing.
Euodia Salon & Day Spa
142 Los Angeles Ave, Moorpark, CA 93021, United States
This used to be a good review, but unfortunately today I had the displeasure of seeing the salons true colors. I know that if a hairstylist in general is not a person of color, they most likely do not know how to cut thick hair. I understand this and I never complained. Euodia is a fully white salon. The hairstylist Ive had so far, Whitney, has always been gracious and did her best with my hair. Today tho, I went with another stylist, Crystal. The moment I sat in the chair she gave me extreme attitude. This made me feel nervous but I tried to respond to her questions as best as I could. She told me that the haircut I wanted (short with layers) was not possible because my hair is too thick and that I should have found better reference pictures. She demanded that I choose one picture that best resembled what I wanted so I did. She scoffed and said that my hair will never look like that. So i asked if someone else knew how to cut it and she said that shes the only one here who can do short hair, but only basic cuts, and apparently the cut i wanted is too trendy and i was asking for a $100 haircut (???). She was practically laughing at me for even thinking that I could have such a simple haircut and I felt so humiliated in that stupid chair. I told her i wanted to cancel the appointment and she actually had the audacity look surprised and she gave me attitude for it. For the first time ever I practically ran out of that salon crying. I already hate getting haircuts because I know most white hairstylists (which make up like 99% of the salons around here) cant cut it well so I feel like the extra work is ruining their day, but they at least try to act like it doesnt. Just some mild complaints here and there. Crystal, on the other hand, said the quiet part out loud. I hate to say this, but there were clear undertones of racism and I was shocked looking at other yelp reviews that this was not the first time that this type of discrimination has happened here. DO NOT go here if you dont have THIN hair and/or are not white passing. It makes me feel so incredibly upset to write this review because I havent really had a negative experience, until today. Im always flexible with my hair and I always take other options if the cut i want is not within the stylists skill set. I wish Crystal could have been more reasonable with me and just told me honestly that she couldnt cut it because she doesnt have the skill to, and to give me other options. Instead she made me feel like it was MY fault for having thick hair. Honestly, if she had just been kind and proffessional then this wouldnt be an issue. Again, the horrible attitude began the moment I sat in the chair, before i even told her which cut i wanted. So I know it wasnt just my hair that made her angry. I wish Euodia had more integrity and stopped hiring such racist and unprofessional people. I will not be going back due to this awful experience.
The Spa at Four Seasons Los Angeles
300 S Doheny Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90048, United States
I took my friends to the Spa at Four Seasons for manicure and pedicures. Lily was amazing and helped with making the day for my friends a nice and relaxing expierience. Liana and the asst manager, were friendly and very welcoming. From the moment we pulled up to the bellstand (the taller, broad shouldered gentleman, forgot his name) to everyone at the Lounge was amazing. Definately a 5 star experience from beginning to end. I currently work at a five diamond resort and a manager at a five star spa in the ventura county and they defeinately hit all the points to being a five star property. Thank you again to everyone. We will be back! Maybe for massages this next time.
Logunova Beauty Salon
607 S Olive St, Los Angeles, CA 90014, United States
I've never had such a wonderful experience from start to finish at a salon. Especially as a walk in.I was greeted by the smile of Rita immediately. She was so helpful and kind as a walk in. I originally wanted to see if they had anyone for a pedicure, just curious, as we knew it was probably too late, and it was. However, my husband wanted me to ask about getting my hair done as a valentines present from him.So, I told her that it was basically a difficult job as I had a friend and I try to dye it pink and messed it up - so knew I was going to see a large quote. She showed me the menu and calculated my estimate. She told me to come tomorrow in the afternoon at any time so I can talk to Polina, the owner and the woman who would be taking care of me. That all sounded great to us, so we went home a few blocks away. The next day I was greeted again by the very sweet Rita. She introduced me to Polina and Victoria and as I told them about the calamity that was my hair, all three women were confident that they could fix it up and I immediately felt like I was in great hands. They got to work fast. And I mean I felt like a queen! The salon had a lovely little open bar and of course this is the perfect time to order a champagne! As the blue aching time passed, it was indeed getting late. But I had the owner, herself, finishing up my hair until the late evening. She and Victoria worked their butts off, I was totally impressed and not used to this level of service in Los Angeles, where as a transplant I had gotten used subpar, lazy and often deceitful service. This salon is none of those things. By the time they were finished with my color my hair was so soft, it smelled amazing, it was hot pink, it had depth. Did I mention it didn't smell like a megaton of chemicals? I didn't even know that was possible. I thought when we got our hair done we went home put our head on our pillow and reeked of chemicals until a couple washings. It was late in the evening with Polina, so we decided to blow it out and have a hair cut the following day. It was a holiday, after all, Polina is running a family business, so her young children were here at work with her and you could hear little bits of their laughter as they played in another room. Very sweet!By the time I came in for the third day, it felt like coming in to see my girlfriends. I said hello to a now blue haired Rita, we compared hair colors, blue and pink, how cool do we look? Then I sat in a comfy chair again while Polina cut away the perfect style for my face shape while I told her my goal of having silver hair, she said: ‘oh I can do that' I had no doubts she could.I really enjoyed my time there. I could go on about how pristine and state of the art the salon was, that it offered every service, that it was impeccably clean and sparkly… but I most enjoyed my experience with each and every person who worked there. They really made the salon feel like it was truly sterling in every way.Thank you guys so much! With love from a new customer,M
My Little Beautique

I came to this place to remove my eyelash extensions as eyelash extension master is located in Calabasas. I was extremely nervous even to remove my lashes at this place and I was very right about feeling nervous lol, here is why:- It took probably 25-30 minutes to remove the lashes which usually should not take more than 10 minutes per my experience- Not only it took forever but also removal solution immediately started burning my eye and, believe me, I keep my eyes closed so no solution would get in the eye directly - so I can only blame the professional who performed the poor job- Not only removal solution didnt work properly but master had to manually remove few of the lashes and she pulled some of them really hard and you know it doesnt feel good when somebody pulls your lashes and it never happened with me beforeIve seen their lash extensions pictures( I havent done extensions at this place nor I would ever try to get my lashes here) - I have no idea who would even consider to paying for such a poor quality - sorry ladies but there are so much better mastersUpdate response:- you are straight up lying when you are saying I had irritation from my lashes I had on - I told your specialist that my eyes are sensitive and please be careful. I was removing them as I was getting perm makeup next day not cause my eyes were irritated- you are asking why I came to your boutique if I didn't like pictures- have I ever wrote that I came to get extensions? No, I thought removal can't go wrong as it was always quick and easy at other places I've been but obviously I was wrong- FYI, my lashes were at least three weeks old so it wouldn't be considered fresh set as you stating- I do understand that you are using chemicals etc but the issue is you are using outdated techniques and removal solutions

As someone who has two golden retrievers, discovering Sashas groom my pups is essential our lives. We love that they take their time and really work with my dogs to make sure their spa day is just as special to them. Every visit, my pups get excited to get in through the doors, its the one place out side of daycare where my dogs are extremely well behaved in. The staff is on the expert level once it comes to handling high energy large breeds like my wild senior goldie. Their nails, sani trim, feather trim and baths are always perfect, and they always gift the pups bandanas so they look extra cute at pick up, not to mention they smell amazing even days after getting groomed. The price is unbeatable for the value of the service. 10/10 recommend getting your dogs groomed here!
Travel by Seairra
2600 Overland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90064, United States
Let me start by saying I 100% recommend Seairra!! Ive never used a travel advisor before but our trip had some difficult aspects since the three of us were coming from different countries. Working with Seairra took all the hard and confusing parts out of planning the trip and left us with just figuring out the fun stuff (though she even provided suggestions for that too)! She planned the flights and helped us decide which location (Puerto Vallarta)and resort (Riu palace pacifico)were best for us. I had some issues with the flight (totally out of her control) and she was in constant contact with me while the issues were resolved, which was super reassuring ❤️ Plus the trip itinerary she put together was super cute and super helpful. The trip was amazing and I will absolutely use Seairra again in the future!
SOCAL HOME RENOVATION
825 S Hill St, Los Angeles, CA 90014, United States
The Socal Home Renovation team provided exceptional assistance in turning around a crucial project for us, and the outcome is outstanding! Both speed and quality were paramount for our project, and this team delivered on both fronts. We recently bought a home that had been flipped by a large company. While the flippers did excellent work in some areas, they fell short in others. After adopting a new puppy, we discovered that the backyard had grass seeded over sections the flippers used as a makeshift dump. Unfortunately, our puppy fell ill a few times because of this. We urgently needed a contractor to overhaul the entire backyard—installing new sod, sprinklers, a walkway, and a fence. Our aim was not just to create a safe space for our young puppy to run, play, and grow but also to enhance the yards aesthetics.During the estimation phase, Ron and Jacob were invaluable. They even advised against certain additions we had considered, which could have increased the cost. Their guidance clearly showed a genuine desire to help us make wise investments. Furthermore, when we introduced new ideas mid-project, they were accommodating and promptly provided alternative options and estimates. This adaptability showcases their commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. Moreover, Ron and Jacob are genuine dog lovers. They truly understood our objectives and displayed incredible kindness and patience with our puppy during estimations and site visits. A heartfelt thank you to the Socal Home Renovation team!
