Comment: I used to love coming here. Valeria is great and I was so excited that I had found her. I have 4 Yorkies and I have to bring them from Irvine (Orange County) and then take them back. It’s an exhausting process and I have to drive 1.5 hours each way to get to the salon.I made appointment like I usually do with Valeria via text and she confirmed me for appointment for 11 am for 4 dogs.I drive 1.5 hours, one of the dogs gets car sick and vomits all over me, but I’m like it’s ok it will be amazing hair cuts it’s worth the trouble.I get to the salon and I ask to see Valeria and they said that she is not here today and she won’t be doing the cuts.I was so mad that this was not told to me as I wouldn’t come all this time to get cut by someone else that Valeria trained.They convinced me it will be great don’t worry so I said okay.NOT OKAY: they did such a horrible job, they forgot to cut the nails of one, all 4 dogs looks so uneven and all the hair was cut wrong.I asked for a round teddy bear face and they look like rats.The body hair is so uneven and everything just terrible.I am so disappointed and extremely mad and frustrated that this happened after I had made my appointment and they knew I only want to have Valeria cut my dogs hair.Valeria then offers nothing and says if you want me to cut their hair I will give you a different price as if the $80 per dog under 9 pounds is not enough for a haircut she then now wants to charge extra for doing the job.It’s totally infuriating. My dogs look so bad their hair is all uneven and now I have to wait 2-3 months to get their haircut fixed.Terrible terrible customer service. You just lost 4 dogs. They just opened another salon In DTLA so she is focusing on that instead of keeping the current customers happy.Go elsewhere they clearly don’t even care.

Comment: I brought my parents doodle dogs (lab and bernadoodle) here for a groom and a trim. I chose this place for the easy booking and reasonable prices that were listed online. Im leaving this review for the excellent care and friendly service they gave both us and the pups. I could barely get a picture at pick-up time due to the happy dance! Comment: They ruined my dog, chopped up her fur, absolutely terrible experience and I’m infuriated. I found them through Instagram, don’t believe the pictures they share there, it’s a complete scam. I have a Pomeranian and they CUT ALL HER HEAD FUR. They made her look bald I can’t even recognize my dog. Moreover the fur is SO uneven my blind grandmother could do a better job. The woman at the door confirmed “Pomeranian heart trim, right?” where is the heart trim??? I can’t even recognize my dog. And I payed 120$ dollars for this??!! Now I have to pay 300 more to get it fixed at another groomer but that’s not even the biggest issue, the fur is gonna take months to grow out. This is inexcusable. Added a picture of my dog BEFORE for comparison, if you can’t trim Poms please stay away from them.

Located in a filthy plaza, you step on trash to take the stairs up, and by the time my dog walked back to the car after grooming, her paws left black paw marks on car interior, no exaggeration. Facility is overcrowded, I waited 10 minutes to check in because entrance was blocked by walk in consultation. I was charged $15 late fee without any prior disclaimers. Great groomers, poor management.UPD: Dear Valeria, pointing fingers won’t take you far. Here in America, business is required to give customer a notice that you will be charging a late fee before time of the appointment, not when customer is running out the door because she was further delayed by your operations. Also, it’s your responsibility to clean entrance to your business, do not wait for the city to make your customers experience safe, take the broom if that’s what it takes. And finally, it is up to you what space you are leasing and how many work stations you squeeze in there. Good luck, you can do it!

Comment: Valeria is one of the best dog groomers I’ve ever known. My dog’s hair is perfectly cut, his nails are trimmed properly and smells amazing after getting groomed here. Getting appointment is super easy without any issues. Her price list is much more reasonable than other groomers.

Comment: I’ve been bringing my dog to Valerias grooming salon since I first came across her page at the beginning of the year, and I’m so glad I gave her a chance! After having a first horrible experience at a different salon, I thought I would have to do my dog’s grooming myself. Valeria took the time to understand the look I wanted for my yorkie, and she kept checking in through out the process to make sure I was liking the results. Whenever I pick up my dog after grooming I know I’ll love the results and he will leave a handsome and happy pup!

Comment: I found 22 pooch online, what I love the most, was me being able to see how sweet and gentle is Valerie Witt the paw babies and kittens, today I took both of my babies, and I couldn’t be more happy, she is amazing sweet and very patient for my furr babies ;Long story short, I had mention to her one of my puppies suffer from anxiety, and he’s would always give other groomers such a hard time, but Witt her he was the calmest he’s been in a while .. so for me to see that was amazing!!Now for my other paw baby he’s a teacup yorkie and it was his first time getting groomed, he gave her a little fust, but I saw how easy going she was him with and the amount of patience she had for him ..
