I wanted to enjoy my experience here so bad. It had been some time since I got a full mani-pedi and I needed to treat myself. Bayside nail and spa was suggested by a friend who had a wonderful experience, but they do not usually get gel manicures or pedicures, but they take care of themselves so I trusted them.When my manicure was finished which happened simultaneously as my pedicure, the Manicurist had nicked my finger without saying anything in the moment. It was not until she sprayed alcohol across my fingers that she decided to tell me as I shuttered. There seemed to be a need to rush and I had already obliged them by coming in a half hour earlier than my original appointment time, so I was not pleased with the nature of being rushed through my services. The Pedicurist was equally as rough and nicked me a number of places on my feet, and spoke nothing of it. Because the last few minutes of it was dry it wasn't until I got in the shower later that day and water hit my toes that I realized I had little cuts all over.Now it's been less than three days and my gel polish is chipping on both my hands and feet. I got it done because of a wedding I'm attending this week so I am not pleased. Additionally, there was a massage section as one usually occurs with these and I have never wanted someone to just stop touching me so bad. I thought I was very knotted up because I am a performer/dancer by trade so sometimes things can be tender but no, they were not gentle.I am being gracious with a two star rating because for the most part the staff was kind. However the services were not cheap and by no stretch of the word worth the nearly $120 I paid for a Deluxe Manicure Pedicure. Finally, the system to pay did not work with my tap services so I had to pay via Venmo. At that point I paid without argument and left. I would not suggest their services to a single soul.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at salon. I went in for balayage with subtle caramel highlights, and I showed pictures of what I wanted, and my hair came out completely over-processed bleached. There are areas of my hair that look gray, and that was not what I was going for at all. While Nikki did offer to tone it down for free, I did not want to return because the wash out was the most aggressive one Ive ever had, so much so that I was wincing while she was doing it. I had water sprayed in my eyes and into my ears. Nikki said that her spray nozzle wasnt working properly and she was going to get it replaced, but that it tended to splash clients, she said this to me after she handed me a stained towel to wipe my face, and I was left wondering why I wasnt offered a clean towel to cover my eyes from the start, especially if she knew it might splash me. I have never had so much water sprayed into my ears like that. It was so uncomfortable, and for days afterwards I had water draining out of my ears and worried that it had damaged my ears. Not only that, but she was very carless about the dye around the hairline and I had to use a loofah to scrub the dye off my skin. When she was blowing out my hair with a round brush dryer it still had hair from another client in it. I just felt like Nikki was not professional or very considerate of her clients feelings. After my hair had been blow-dried, I said that it looked way blonder than what I was going for, and she offered to tone it then, but at that point it was such an unpleasant experience that I just wanted to get out of there. The cost at the end was also a shock, as it was much more than she quoted me through text, which was $95+, I wish she would have told me upfront how much extra it would be before she started. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Nikki, and requested she refund me but never heard back.

I live in the neighborhood. I have driven by and stopped twice and they are always closed. I guess by appointment only? Saw their ad in the local newspaper and called them. Got a message machine. Im just not into playing phone tag, i.e they have to call me back - my phone rejects the unrecognized spam number and were back where we started from. Then I left an email on their web site 3 days ago inquiring about service, time needed and fee. Heard nothing back.Need to work on being very easy to access. Hire someone to handle the phone traffic? Why advertise for new business when you cant be gotten ahold of, much less responded to?Peter G. / University Heights

I had an amazing experience today with Under the Rug Floor Care. Rolando arrived in the time frame quoted and was excited and eager to clean my upstairs carpet. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of helpful information in regards to what the causes of each stain were and how he would be removing them. He also provided me with knowledge and advice on carpets that I will carry with me throughout my life as well as pass onto others. Additionally to this, not only was the energy and knowledge on point, but the actual service of cleaning the 3 upstairs bedroom carpets was OUTSTANDING. Rolando cleaned major soil build up in all 3 rooms (one huge master and two regular bedrooms) that has been collecting for over 2 years.. He also made clear to me that a couple small urine stains from pets may not be able to be fully removed but he somehow managed to make the urine stains almost completely invisible; you can barely even tell they are there now. He also removed hot pink nail polish that has been in the carpet for about a year and completely removed a dark stain out of the master that was about a foot long and 6 inches wide.In summary, all 3 bedrooms looked disgusting at first glance because of how terrible and obvious the dirt build up was. Now all 3 bedrooms look like the carpet was just put in. Rolando paid extra attention to detail with his precise expertise and he even sprayed something in one of the rooms that had a little bit of an odor. Most other places would have charged more for this but fortunately that was not the case for me.I cannot thank Rolando and the Under the Rug Floor Care business enough for not only providing the best carpet cleaning service but for also being the first available during the busy summer months while also having the BEST price. There is honestly nothing more satisfying than receiving an amazing service at best cost and very shortly after you have requested it. I will forever be taking my business here! Thank you!

Throughout the entire process he always reminded my wife and I we have time and we did not need to settle. Dr Haji is amazing. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis and he is encouraging instead of demanding, like some doctors Ive had in the past. Even with a mask on you can tell that he has a big happy grin when he greets you. I needed cortisone shots in both feet. I HATE needles. I really have a hard time with them. Dr Haji is great at distracting me while his nurse, Rose, sprayed numbing spray on the spot. He is gentle and patient and doesnt rush through. I almost passed out after the first shot this time and he took and break and had the staff get me water. Then we started again and he did such a great job putting me at ease and the second injection sailed by and I was so pleasantly surprised that it was done and I was still breathing normal and didnt feel anxious at all. I drive from Riverside County to see Dr Haji and hes worth every minute of the drive.
