Comment: What a wonderful nail salon! The staff is super friendly and nice and I just loved the whole lay out of the place!Pricing is not outrageous and I had a great experience!This place is by appointment only and requests you to give your card information before your appointment, which was strange to me.Even after 3 weeks of getting my spa pedicure my feet and nails still look great! They use nontoxic materials as well which is a bonus!

I was a bit set back by the luxurious decor thinking I was gonna expect a bougie expensive pedi, but I was pleasantly surprised with the price and even more pleased with my pedicurist who did a fabulous job! I dont get a pedi that often, but I may now considering I have finally found a place I felt comfortable at and it wasnt overly crowded on a Saturday and I was a walk in and was received with a nice welcome and only waited like 5 minutes for service to begin. Make an appointment if u can, but know these ladies have your back. I believe my memory is telling me Jessica was my nail hero for my overgrown toenails and rough feet. Thank you! And since I am a level 8 google reviewer, I am including photos of this very glam spa! They do nails, mani pedi, and hair and more!

Comment: I’ve been here twice, and on both times I was treated very poorly.During my first appointment I showed up in time for a gel mani/pedi ; before the sweet lady could work on my feet she was instructed to do someone else’s first. I waited for 25 mins, but as I was about to make a complaint they quickly ushered me into the chair. It was not a good time and I should’ve recognized this place was not for me. As they treated me like an afterthought not really catering to me as a client.I went back the second time because I really liked the nail tech. He was late for the initial appointment and rescheduled it; I showed up to the reschedule appointment 5 mins later. As I walked into Y2K ; the owner began to scream at me for being late and shame me. I told her he was late too and that I will just leave. Once again I was quickly ushered to the chair and he worked on my nails.This place really only cares about money; good location and the decor is good. The staff is nice, but not really the owner ( she’s brash and very rude ), so 2 Stars.

Comment: I am new to the area and wanted to try a nail place out here because I usually go to LA since I’m pretty particular. I got a gel manicure with nail technician Smiley :) and he was so sweet. He was very gentle with my nails since they are pretty thin which I greatly appreciated and he was very meticulous with the cuticles as well as the shape. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The decor was super cute and trendy. I will definitely be going back soon. Thank you Y2 Nail Bar for taking me in on such short notice!

Comment: This is one of the best nail salons Ive been to! I had a Deluxe Pedicure and It was worth every penny. The lady I got was Nicole, and my Meme who was getting a manicure got Rumi. The were both out of this world amazing, sweet, and kind. The salon was very clean and decorated beautifully. Would definitely recommend!

Comment: Had mani/pedi with Daniela today. I am here for a wedding and just researched the area to find the salon to have my nails done. Salon itself is very clean and has a cool vibe/decor. Fair pricing. Daniela was very meticulous and not rushing through, professional. Its probably one of the best manicure I got in terms of result. She was very friendly too. I highly recommend the salon and specifically Daniela for mani /pedi. Tomorrow I have my hair blow dry /styling and Ill update.

Comment: Pricey but well worth it! Went in for the Mani/Pedi Deluxe in preparation for a friend’s wedding and loved the result! The color was perfect and I left feeling pampered. Daniela did an amazing job! Even a week later and it still looks great!

Comment: Favorite nail salon in Ventura County. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I always get gel polish done, the staff will recommend gel alternatives based on the health and look of my nails. I also bring my 8 year old daughter here to get pedicures, the staff is patient, kind and will recommend color combinations to her. They are never rushing to get your nails done and get you out the door. They take their time and it shows in their work.

Comment: I dont live in the area but whenever I am in town I try to get an appointment here to get gels put on or taken off. Ive never been disappointed (although I wish there were more gel colors to choose from). All the people who work here are extremely nice and personable. My gels last the longest Ive ever been able to get them to at other places. I got to two weeks as of today and have just had one nail chip.I also love the capability to book online and the ability to see workers schedules.

She is so funny and loves having conversations with you while she works on your nails, and of course she is sooo artistic and amazing at what she does. Bring her a picture and she will recreate it to the T! The staff here is soo sweet, and bring a positive energy every time they walk in. I always feel so welcomed whenever I sit right down in that chair. The owner is such a precious soul as well she has done such a great job running this place. Comment: Made an appointment for the day after Christmas, but in all the holiday rush didnt realize I was double booked. Tried calling Christmas Eve, no answer and no voicemail picked up. Got a text Christmas day with a link to reschedule. Tried the link but it wouldnt let me reschedule within 24 hours. Tried calling the next morning as soon as they opened, again no answer & no voicemail. Finally got through a few minutes before the appointment, lady gave me a lecture on cancelling on such short notice. Tried to explain Id tried multiple times to reschedule. When I tried to get her to reschedule she just lecured me again that this was very, very bad. I really dont know what I couldve done! Ended up hanging up, she would not stop lecturing me!
