Comment: I never wrote reviews but I got really disrespected from coming in for my appointment. Emily is good friends with my mother but today she really was very beyond rude to me. Im the daughter of my mom that Emily is close with. When I came in! She gets up and starts to say what do you want to do? I reply back that I want only white and to go shorter she comes and says that Im confused, and cant speak well. She starts to say that if I want only to cut only and no paint, and no refill. Which made me nervous and kept saying ummm nervously. She kept getting a little annoyed because I kept saying umm which I just want to cut shorter and get white only. My mom made an appointment for me to get refills. She knows what Im getting. What got me upset is when my mother came in the lady started to laugh like its funny I cant speak well as she points out. She told my mom that I cant speak and kept saying umm. I was just nervous and confused about what was going on. My nails arent even good at all. She did my nails that arent even at all. Some are square like sharp square but others arent even square at all. Especially, dont come there because she told me that she doesnt care about my feelings. The way she said it was beyond disgusting! I never seen bad behavior with a nail tech. She really is rude and will be losing her customers of how she is! Today, she lost 4 people at the same time! She thought I was gonna hit her like Im not a type of person who fights. I was trying to express how I felt uncomfortable. She really didnt care about me, or any customers feelings just her business! Dont waste your time coming to a place that youll get mad disrespected for no reason! Find a good place instead and have better customer service!

Comment: I had an appointment today at 1 I call the owner to let her know my car was on the shop and I was not able to make it to the appointment she got so upset I try to get another appointment she keep hanging up the phone and she finally blocked my number. Nice work on doing nails but bad attitude she lost good customer,

Comment: I don’t get my nails done often, because I generally feel I can do as good a job as most manicurists. Not here! Emily gave me my gel manicure and she was FANTASTIC! Quick and precise with her tools, my nails actually look professionally done! I will for sure be back.

Comment: My mom and I both got pedicures here and getting them to do what we wanted was a struggle. I asked the lady who was doing mine toenails of she could do a pineapple design (which I showed her a picture of beforehand), to which she said yes. While she was removing the dead skin from the surrounding area, she cut in too deep to a point where she made me bleed. A similar thing happened with my mom. My mom asked for a blue and white (French tip-like) design, which the first lady did, but in a very mediocre fashion. All the white stripes were of different thickness, from nail to nail. Another lady had to come in and fix it. For my nails, after she put on the base coat, she asked me to show her the design again and said she couldnt do it - she could only do flowers. I asked her why she said she could do it in the beginning, at which point another lady interjected and said it just wouldnt look good with the color I had picked and if she messed up, it would be a waste of time and she would have to start all over. At that point, I was pretty much done and wanted to get out of there. If she couldnt do the design in the first place, I would rather have been told beforehand so that I could go somewhere else. Too much hassle and not enough expertise. I will not be going back.

Comment: A positive experience over all. Nobody else on Saturday morning had room for us. So my daughter & I took a chance on a new [to us] nail salon. My mani/pedi was perfect. But, for the price, I would have preferred just a bit longer massages. Honestly, the SPA experience of a SPA mani/pedi is the pampering, right? My daughters nails looked fine, but she noticed the nail technician didnt clean under her toenails at all. She did it @ home herself. They were very nice and the place is clean. I know Ill go back, not sure whether my daughter will give it another try.

Comment: This was my first time at Unique nails and I was thrilled with everything, especially the manicure and pedicure. Anna orchestrated everything and she was ON IT. She was personable and professional.I was impressed that the clientele included a mix of men and women as well as the people working there. They have great massaging chairs and soaked my feet in a hot solution for a looong time - something I havent experienced anywhere else.Granted, I dont have a broad range of experience as I dont pamper myself often with personal services. But Ive usually had lukewarm to cold water elsewhere for 3 minutes.They worked to speak English around me and include me in the conversation (again RARE), they had good nature ribbing among each other and included me in the inside jokes.I also had a wax and Anna was great. The only item of note was that I would have liked some powder afterward - but had I mentioned that I am sure that she would have accommodated me.And it was budget friendly and they offer a childrens price list for kids under 10. Very nice so that I can bring my daughter with me on special occasions for a Mommy/Daughter mani/pedi.I will definitely be going back again and again.
