First and foremost, the Company has impressed me with its full backup that we interpreters need while working independently out in the field facing with all kinds of unexpected challenges. I’m always briefed with information specifically for the on-site jobs or prearranged with equipment set up for some big events, With all the necessary support provided beforehand, I’m left with the least worries about what I’m going to interpret and how. Secondly, the Company has empowered its interpreters with its full trust for professionally handling certain on-the-spot scenarios if anything unexpected should happen, such as in interpreting for patients with mental illness. I was in an urgent situation and after searching a lot for translate my brazilian birth certificate to english I found this dream place . I sent a message to them exacly 1:27am and they answer me back immediately and responded all my questions 1:30am. WOW!STC advise me to send my document to their email and said that their portuguese project manager (Conceição) will have it ready before my appointment with my lawyer 10:00am (hours later) and that she will contact me in the morning. And them the angel Conceição called me in the morning making my life so much easy. She was kind, patient, professional and did everything fast for my document be ready for my appointment on time. After 7 hours after I send message to STC my documents were officially translated in my email.After a month I did another document translation for my USCIS case with them (last minute) and Conceição could help me in one hour like magic!!!!I promise next time dont be in a rush.
