Comment: I do not recommend this place. I needed to get my nails done last minute and decided to try this place despite reading the previous negative review. I completely regret it. I got a regular pedi and gel mani that cost $100+ and took 2 hours and 50 minutes to complete. I had to ask the nail tech to cut my cuticles twice and she did not know how to properly hold or use a cuticle clipper. It has been less than a week and my gel polish has already been peeling. Ive been going to nail salons for over 12 years and this was the worst experience and quality service Ive ever gotten.Yes, I called in to book with this name on May 31st at 11am with nail tech Ashley. I also have proof of payment on Venmo

Comment: Avoid this place for pedicures. There are no jets, no comfy chair, overpriced, sat in silence since music didn’t work. My feet still look like they need a whole new pedicure.

Comment: I’m a local patronizing this salon through the past two ownerships. It keeps getting better! Crystal and Shay are rockstars who can create any style and any design to perfection.I had a nail emergency and Shay repaired it and I was able to keep my natural nail.They both work tirelessly to satisfy their clientele and are hospitable to my toddler, no matter how rowdy she can be!Polishd is my second home away from home. I receive multiple compliments on my gel manicures and the intricacy or design is top notch!

Comment: Love this sweet little nail bar! I’m visiting from out of town and brought my young niece in for a “Diva” mani/pedi as part of her Christmas gift. Shaylynn is a total rock star! She pampered my niece and made her feel so special and grown up. Shaylynn went above and beyond; she painted sparkly little flowers on my niece’s big toenails, complimented her on her color choices, and was so kind and professional. My niece loved every minute of it. Thank you, Shaylynn, for making our New Year’s Eve so fun! 💅🏻💖🍾 Happy New Year to you!!

Comment: Love this place! Relaxing, calming, modern atmosphere. They really took the time to make sure my previous nails were removed properly and made sure to be extra careful with my new nail set as I am very sensitive. I tried Apres Gel x for the first time, and was pleased with the results. Great customer service! I was able an appointment just before the holidays. Highly recommend stopping by! I will certainly be coming back!

Comment: Came with a friend and her 9 year daughter for much needed mani/pedis once personal care businesses could open up again. The staff were friendly and professional, the establishment was clean and comfortable while following covid-19 protocols. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Comment: DO NOT GO HERE. WORST SERVICE. My girlfriend got her nails done, they charged $60. Within a few days they started falling off. She called several times and they never returned her calls. Finally, she spoke to someone and they said there was nothing they could do. She spoke with the owner, who was nice over the phone and told her to come right in and they would take care of her. My girlfriend, thinking they were going to fix THEIR mistake, was charged an additional $30 after being there for 2 1/2 hours. 12 hours later, you guess it. He nails broke off AGAIN. The girl who did a horrible job BOTH times was Stacy and the owner Georgina assured her she would be taken care of and she wasnt. She was taken advantage of. Now she has spent $90 in a week, hat to waste 5 hours and he nails look horrible. Avoid this over priced place and RUN. Go elsewhere, you will thank me later! If I could give no stars I would.

Comment: I made an appointment here at Polished nail salon. They had availability the same day. When i arrived to my appointment, i ended up waiting about 15 minutes till i was accommodated. Lin was very nice she apologized a few times for the wait, i wasnt angry because they also made me a same day appointment even when they were super busy. This was my first time here and i will be coming back. The only thing you need to watch out here for is them trying to charge you more then they told you.

Comment: Best mani/pedi Ive ever had! The owner and staff are so patient and friendly. The salon is clean and chic, and doesnt have the strong nail polish/polish remover smell like many salons. They really take their time to make sure your nails look perfect here. Ive never had a mani/pedi last as long without chipping, as it does when I get my nails done here. Plus, who doesnt love to enjoy a glass of wine while they get their nails done?! 😁🍷
