After investigating the roof condition and the skylight that I wanted installed, he provided the fixed job cost and got the contract started. The job was scheduled quickly. The installation team that arrived at my house accomplished the skylight installation efficiently, disposing of the old material removed from the roof upon completion. They left the jobsite clean. I will use LocalRoofs for roof repairs in the future.

Robert was out within a day and found a small possible leak, sealed the area and water tested it. Thank you for your excellent follow up. This time I had water leaks due to the solar company breaking excessive tiles and wont cover the inside damage nor the under layment. They would only replace the broken tiles which wont cover the damage they caused. After a year + dealing with them I called Local Roofers and they immediately covered the roof to prevent further damage which stayed on the roof for over a month. Then they replaced and repaired everything. I was able to ask questions and if it was possible they willing solved the problem. The workers were friendly and did their best to protect plants. I would call on this company again if I have a roofing problem.

It was raining consistently in LA that week and I thought why not call these guys? So I took a risk but also got a few recommendations…. And honestly went with LocalRoofs because they had great customer service and came to check the roof right away. The estimate was comparable, but they were very busy due to all the heavy rains. They tried to fit us in asap. When the work was completed they found the root cause, provided before and after photos, were fast and tidy. Now I can happily recommend these guys and use them again in the future!

My one complaint is communication seems to break down between sales and the Roofing staff so the client has to keep following up on things already stipulated. They are aware and working to fix that.Original review: LocalRoofs was a referral from my real estate broker. I spoke with 3 companies about reroofing my home and LocalRoofs was the best, by far, in terms of services they offer and length of warranty for labor. My rep., Jay Enriquez, Roofing Specialist, spent all the time with me I needed to answer my questions about this major expense, gave me a thorough expanation of what they provided and left me with informative material I could look over. I neeeded a no-interest finance plan and they had that option. Jays proposal arrived promptly and explained all the known charges as well as potential costs for things that are not visible under the shingles so I have a complete understanding of what this could cost - no surprises. I am impressed by the high quality of the products they will be installing. Mitch Hale, the General Install Mgr., stopped by to look at the leaking area. I think that was an extra courtesy and I appreciated him taking time to do that. Jay and Mitch have been a personal and professional pleasure to work with and I expect the same from their other employees who will be a party to this 2-day process. This company is local to me, has 90 installers - all employees - and they are bonded, licensed and insured. Given the prevalance of liability issues these days, I think this is the right company to hire if you have roofing issues. And I did.

The company is technologically savvy using drones, showing pictures of their completed work on the day it is finished, and with keeping in touch during an incredibly busy season. This was a minor “sneaker” leak caused by 35 mph horizontal rains so the origin really couldn’t be determined. However, a “tune up” and mastic on all possible areas of entry was done. I appreciate that there was no pressure to do anything…only a discussion of possibilities.

They responded promptly to my phone call, filmed the roof with a drone as well as walked it. Coordinated seamlessly with my pool Solar company as the Solar had to be removed first. Our roof sprung a major leak after that crazy December-tornado-warning night. Greg went out and did a very thorough assessment of our roof, and worked with our HOA to get approval for complete replacement. We’re currently scheduled for the work, but in the meantime, Greg has worked to ensure a crew came to get our roof properly tarp-ed. I’ll be sure to add another review regarding the roof work itself, but customer service, thorough assessment, and inter-company coordination has been top notch so far!

Comment: Local Roofs came through for me amazingly! 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday night, 4:30 pm, an enormous branch dropped on my bedroom punching a hole right through the brand new roof they installed just 5 months before. I immediately called Greg Huber their salesman, my point man. A massive 5 day rain deluge was predicted to begin in just 24 hours. I was in a panic! By 9:00 PM Greg was sending me contracts to sign. We last communicated at 10:00 pm. At 8:30 am two guys showed up and completely repaired to hole seamlessly with the right materials. 2.5 hours later they were done, By 10:00 am my roof looked as it did before, with 8 hours to spare before the atmospheric river deluge of rains. The whole repair job got handled in 16 hours on a Saturday. Incredible! Im so grateful.

Comment: I contacted the company for an estimate to repair a roof leak.Greg, who turned out to be a VP of sales for SoCal, came dressed in chinos holding a clipboard, minus a ladder, along with a trainee. I have a ladder but he elected to assess the roof from down below. An admittedly complicated set up ( skylights / solar panels) on a regular sized, single story house. Greg immediately went into sales mode I should think about replacing my asphalt shingled roof ( that is 25 years old / w 40 year life span shingles ). He stated it would cost me more in the long run to repair....Did a fly by with a drone pics. He followed with an emailed proposal 2 days later, not including the cost solar panel removal /reinstall (which Id have to arrange at a separate cost). In addition the cost of incidentals such as replacement of any potential wood they would come across was obviously extra.Several levels of replacement options were included at different price points (from the cost of half the roof shingle replacement to as high as 29000+ for the whole roof) A subsequent bid from a competitor was as much as $10000-$13000 lower, and an option to repair/ reflashing problem skylights at a fraction of a new roof. The other contractors who evaluated my roof all walked on the roof. Both of those companies states my roof did not need replacement yet.The estimate with Local roofs was free. However, I have been getting multiple follow up spam calls, and emails about going forward with replacement from this company. Company appears very sales, and not customer need driven.

They removed and replaced our roof, and left the property clean every day. They replaced our roof with such care and consideration from start to finish, explaining every step of the process and dealing with problematic issues like an HVAC unit that hadn’t been hooked up properly to the downspouts and was leaking water. Their guys were professional and respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up every day after work. We also appreciated their recommendations for a company to work on the HVAC connection and another person to replace two skylights that needed it. All in all, a great experience from start to finish with great people every step of the way!

I also appreciate how much Local Roofs donates and volunteers their time in the Conejo Valley community! Comment: Company hires a bunch of irresponsible and reckless people. Their company is down the street from us. A street which has businesses using pressurized equipment and other hazardous materials with trucks delivering and picking up these materials all the time.Their employees go racing up and down the street throughout the day. I know of at least 1 accident caused by one of their employees and have heard of several other near collisions. Their employees park all over the street, instead of in their parking lot, blocking the view in and out of driveways so you can’t see oncoming traffic. Block fire hydrants and access. Company hires people with zero regard for others safety and does nothing about it.

Comment: Ryan came to our home due to what I thought was a roof leak. Ryan spent about 50 minutes with me and he actually got up on his ladder and sprayed the roof line that might have been leaking. No leak. Then he sprayed the window glass and water entered the house. It was not the roof, but the windows! Obviously, I told him that I would not be using his services. He understood. I thanked him and we said goodbye. However, he still used his drone to take pics of the roof. He knocked on my door and he suggested a preventative thing I could do to improve an area of the roof. I RARELY find someone this HONEST. I have a roof company that I trust (they are busy now, that is why I called LocalRoofs), but I will be switching over to these guys now. Honest companies are hard to find.

He also pointed out some things that other roofers failed to mention giving me confidence about their quality. Still deciding as to whether I’m going to do a roof replacement at this time, but Ryan was supper informative and I’m glad I had them come out.
