Im pretty sure if they werent a convenient Amazon drop off location, they would be.Standing out from all the other complaints I have about Kohls, the last experience was the nail in the coffin. What ever you do, dont open a Kohls credit account. It makes dealing with your local cable company feel like a day spa visit at the Four Seasons.I purchased a bath towel set and after the first use and wash, the color was fading and looking blotchy. I returned them and purchased another set from a different designer/company. It too did the same thing. This time I just returned the set and moved on and thought to myself, I knew Kohls sold junk from my past, why did I even go here. After a few weeks, the credit for the return wasnt showing up on my account. I called and they said their system was having issues and it should show up in the next few days. This went on for close to 3 months, with several calls and chats. I dont normally give up on these things but I just couldnt waste my time any longer and let them have the money. NEVER will I buy another thing from Kohls.

Comment: This Kohl’s location is okay, however I am giving it one star due to the employees who stand at the entrance and monitor who comes in and goes out. Being asked if you’re doing a return the minute you walk in is a bit off-putting. I know where the return counters are located (it’s pretty obvious) and I don’t need direction from one of their (way too many) employees. Also, I did not like how one of the ladies was looking at me when I arrived or left. She was staring at me as if I was going to or had shoplifted. I have never and would never do that, let alone at a discount department store where everything is cheap already. She kept staring at me as I walked out of the store and I got a weird feeling from her. Just because I was in the store for a little over an hour and did not purchase anything does not mean I shoplifted. I prefer the security at Target. They’re professional and don’t stare down any one person making them feel belittled.

Comment: My favorite things about Kohls are that they will pack and ship Amazon returns and they will recycle plastic bags.I have not tried shopping there; so, I cant comment on that. However, when returning an item to Amazon, Kohls gives you a coupon to a discount on items in their store. They lose Two Stars because my taste does not meld with the stores merchandise. (I give the coupons to friends who shop the store)

There is no customers and no employees in sight. Everything was so messy, everything was thrown around i could not find ANYTHING that i needed around the store. Comment: Kohls has a great selection of clothing, accessories, shoes and household goods. They now accept Amazon returns at some locations, and theyll package and ship them back to Amazon for free. Kohls also offers great discounts with their Kohls Cash and coupons for Kohls credit card holders. Its hardly ever over crowded, and you can leisurely shop. I like shopping at Kohls, and Id recommend it.

The clearance sections were such a mess, I didnt even bother shopping them.The store is also laid out in a way that trying to navigate between the clothing racks ended in bruises. Not sure if I will ever be visiting this store for the rest of our two years here.

Kohls also has some pretty good shoes for reasonable prices but the clothes are always affordable and the reason I shop there. I like colored t shirts and Levi jeans but you can get underwear, socks and stuff for the home like bedsheets and pillows etc....

Comment: Visited this location recently for school shopping for my son and found the store to be very well stocked and cleanly organized. There was a lady walking around the mens section asking if we needed help finding the size we are looking for, directed us to the changing rooms to try it on and showed us where we can find other things we needed.She also pointed out other items that where on sale to help us save a few dollars on our purchase. Overall the experience was very pleasant and easy going with the help and suggestions of the staff. I recommend you stop by this location
