Comment: My Corgi has been to a variety of groomers since we got her almost 2 years ago. No other groomer ( mobile, big box, vet) has done the kind of job Ellie and her crew did. Amazingly clean environment. Amazingly clean dog. The pile of undercoat removed was as big as she is! Great communication throughout the process, from making the appointment to picking her up. And Pearl seemed to enjoy it as well. Highly recommend!!

Comment: I’ve been going to have Petra groom my doggies for years and years. Petra is very compassionate and loves all of her little clients. She’s excellent at what she does small, medium, large short, fat. tall she knows her stuff!

Comment: We have a long coated german shepherd who can be pretty nervous around new people. Not only did he receive an incredible grooming– the best we’ve ever seen– but they also introduced him with care, gentleness and understanding of his temperament. We’ll be returning here absolutely for the foreseeable future.

Comment: I’m so happy to have discovered this place. A few years ago my pup’s belly was snipped with scissors. Since then he gets very anxious and nervous and unfortunately I couldn’t find anyone willing to be patient with him. Because of that, he also looked terrible.That changed today! I took him in to Ellie’s Snip and Clip and told them about Walter’s fears. They were very understanding and assured me that they’d take good care of him. While he was there Petra sent me a video of my boy getting a massage! He was loving it! Throughout the process Petra gave me updates that helped put me at ease.The end result was stellar! Walter looked like a different pup! He’s handsome and most importantly, he was happy. Petra even sent me before and pictures. The mini photoshoot was an unexpected bonus.I’m definitely going to be bringing Walter back regularly.

Comment: What a great experience! I was desperate to find a groomer who would take my dog in since our usual groomer would not fit us in for another month.I called Saturday morning expecting to book an appointment later this week and to my pleasure they told me to come in today.Good price, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable service. I was blown away by the quick communication and the text updates I got when I was being an anxious dog mom!We loved our experience and can’t wait to come back in 6 weeks for the next one! Comment: New dog grooming spot in Willow Glen operated by a seasoned dog groomer. Called this AM at 9 and was able to get our puppy in for a brush, bath, groom, and nail trim. He came back looking awesome! Hes a super friendly dog, but sometimes not the easiest to work with - hes very big, sometimes stubborn, and likes to bark really loud. Ellie and her team did a great job, and sent the photos and video that are attached to this post throughout the morning/afternoon while the puppy was in her care. Definitely going back when the pupper needs another spa day! Great owner and team, great customer service, great work! A thank you from me, and Teddy says WOOF!!!

Comment: So excited about your new shop you deserve to be an owner now. Been going to this groomer for over 20 years. This is the first week of going to their new shop on Lincoln. The Ellie Snip and Clip team is amazing. My dog Archie is a shitz zu so he is more than a bath, he requires styling. This last few weeks he has been the longest without a groom ever waiting for the shop to openthru the transition, which was today. Let me tell you he was delivered a mess for the first time I was worried. But why...I should have know he would come out amazing. I highly recommend to everyone..you can trust, can not just bather but groomer, and the team are animal whispers. Congrads on week one. Your long time customer.
