Comment: I reached out to Air Sharks through yelp and the staff scheduled the appointment very soon. My AC went out of coolant after an HOA window replacement. I have been behind many hvac companies in bay area and they were not able to provide an optimal solution on how to fix this.Kahled from airsharks came in and gave me a proper insight to how replacing my HVAC unit which was 18 years old would add value rather replacing just the condenser line and fill in R22 coolant. He was also able to find some issues with my heater which could have been a fire hazard.He gave me a quote for 3T lennox system and the quote was unbelievable when compared to all quotes I received from atleast 10 HVAC companies.We were scheduled for replacement and they were able to find the leak in the condenser line in my bedroom wall which was caused by the nail from window replacement. They were intelligent to pressurize the system and hear the leak through wall to find the leak. Now I have the AC up and running after almost an year. So consider this review as a wake up call to everyone to just got to Air Sharks for your HVAC needs. They are 100 percent professional and reliable. They will take care of your HVAC needs.

They were diligent in explaining the different options available to me, and their pricing was very affordable compared to their competitors. They also heard my concerns about dust and air purification and helped me with an added on bonus adding an air purifier to my furnace so my whole house functions as an air purifier utilizing the duct work in place. Big shout out to Khaled and Jose, and their crew (Charbel, Daniel, Basim, Fabian, Demetri, and there was one more individual whose name I didnt catch). Whitney, who is in the office, is also extremely helpful, responds in a timely manner, and is extremely friendly. Air Sharks team of 5-6 individuals efficiently managed the removal and reinstallation of a section of our fence, eliminating the need for additional coordination with multiple services. What initially attracted me was their price, their quotes were much more competitive than 3 other companies I spoke with (Valley Heating and Cooling via Costco, Atlas Trillo via Home Depot, and South Bay Heating and Cooling), but what impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. For example, during the job, one of the technicians decided to switch the original quoted 2 ton system to 3 tons at no extra charge, because he felt it would better meet my needs. Other instances such as insulating the furnace closet, putting sound pad under the air handler in the attic, shows that they are willing to go the extra mile for customers.Khaled and Rene were knowledgeable, accommodating, and responsive. There were not a single time when I called one of them and didnt get a response. In fact, the entire team were professional, I asked many questions (curiosity of an engineer) and the technicians on site were never impatient; always took the time to answer my questions.I have always felt one can better evaluate a company (or a person for that matter) by how they respond to issues. My project was a complex job with unexpected issues arising due to real old ducts and electrical panel in my house. Their price beat the other 4 other quotes we received earlier, so we took Air Sharks offer right away.The entire uninstalling and installing process took the crew 12 hours from 8am to 8pm. The entire team of Air Sharks is professional, polite, patient and thorough, especially the installer crew who completed the uninstalling and installing work meticulously, and cleaned the work area and helped paint our partial fence. This crew included Jaime Ioorru, Andrian, and Carlos.The Supervisor Rene Martinez who patiently answered our questions regarding the City permit, Certificate, membership MVP inclusions, and brought in the flood control device, etc.Thanks to Khaled, the Project Manager who came onsite with Office Manager, Whitney G. Khaled explained patiently and professionally to us about how Lennox System was working compared with other models and how HVAC works at home as a concept and basic technology. Thus, we have gained the basic knowledge regarding how to select a proper model to fit our home.Now, we are waiting for the Hers pressure to be tested and the Permit to be issued by the City. As a reminder to future customers, make sure to include the Permit in your contract and this is included in the package without an additional price. Also, for users who prefer lower noise, we recommend to choose Elite models because our AC model ML17XC1-60 is not quiet and has a noise level at 73 dB which is higher than that of Elite model (59dB). We hired them to replace our old air ducts and they handled all aspects of the project from installation to scheduling of independent HERS testing and city permit inspection. We had asbestos as part of our old ducts and they recommended and scheduled the asbestos removal. Khaled was our project manager and was very responsive to any questions we had and the project went quick and smoothly. On top of the air duct installation, Air Sharks inspected our HVAC furnace and replaced the blower motor due to oil leakage. All-in-all, were very happy with Air Sharks and would recommend them for any HVAC jobs.

I was very stressed since I dont know what I can do. I contacted multiple AC installers they dont want to come since right now it is their hot season and the inspection is time consuming and not profitable for them.Fortunately my friend recommended Air Sharks to me. They came in at the same day. Rene came on time and had a thorough inspection for my new AC and furnace installation and patiently explained to me what the issues are and made sure I understand it. Thats my original installer never could do for me.In the same day, I received the thorough inspection report to my email and my invoices. He had presentation slides prepared on the game plan for the install including explanation of the new air ducting, AC unit and Heat Pump unit. With the level of detail and professionalism Khaled provided, I was anticipating AirSharks bid to be the highest of the companies I was comparing.
